Drop and merge matching fruits to create bigger fruit, build combos, and chase a high score in a responsive physics puzzle game.

Editor's Take
By the Pogglo editorsThe fruit-merge formula at its purest — one drop, one merge, and a board that punishes greed with physics.
One rule carries the whole game: two matching fruits touch and fuse into a bigger one. Watermelon Drop takes that familiar merge premise and lets real physics do the mischief — fruit rolls, wobbles, and settles a little to the left of wherever you swore you aimed, so the skill is less about spotting pairs and more about predicting where a round object actually comes to rest.
Chasing a high score here means thinking in combos rather than single merges. A well-placed drop can set off a cascade, and a lazy one can wedge a small fruit somewhere it will haunt you for the rest of the run. The keyboard layout is unusually generous for the genre — arrows to line up, Space to drop, plus dedicated keys to swap the queued fruit or bail into a fresh retry — so desktop players can keep a rhythm going without ever touching the mouse.
It reads instantly on a phone too: tap where you want the fruit and let gravity argue with you. Short runs, an obvious number to beat, and that itch to fix the board you just ruined — if that loop is your weakness, our puzzle games shelf has plenty more ways to indulge it.
