Pogglo is a platform for playing and publishing browser games created by independent creators.
By accessing or using Pogglo, playing games, creating an account, or publishing a game, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Pogglo.
1. Playing Games
Playing games on Pogglo is free and does not require an account.
Games on Pogglo are created and published by independent creators. Games generally run in a browser environment, but Pogglo cannot guarantee that every game will always be safe, accurate, complete, available, or free from errors.
Pogglo does not review every game before it is published. If you find a game that is broken, inappropriate, unsafe, or appears to violate these Terms of Service, please contact us at:
Pogglo may use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) for basic website traffic analysis and to improve the platform, as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
An account is required to publish a game on Pogglo.
When creating or using an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information;
- Keep your account information up to date;
- Keep your sign-in information secure;
- Not share or misuse your account;
- Not create an account for another person without permission;
- Notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.
Pogglo may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain sign-in sessions, provide security features, and support basic website traffic analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Publishing Games
By publishing a game on Pogglo, you confirm that:
- You created the game, or have obtained all rights and permissions necessary to publish it;
- You have the necessary rights to all parts of the game, including its code, artwork, music, sounds, name, trademarks, text, images, and other materials;
- Your game and its content do not infringe or violate any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- Your game complies with applicable laws and these Terms of Service;
- Your game does not contain malicious code, malware, viruses, phishing, crypto-miners, unauthorized tracking, or other harmful functionality;
- Your game does not attempt to escape the browser environment or interfere with Pogglo, other websites, users, or devices;
- You are responsible for your game and all content that you publish.
Pogglo does not require exclusive publishing rights. You may publish the same game on other websites or platforms.
You grant Pogglo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and make your game available through Pogglo.
This license is limited to operating, maintaining, promoting, and improving Pogglo. It does not transfer ownership of your game to Pogglo.
You retain ownership of your game and other rights that you hold in your content.
4. Prohibited Content and Activities
You may not publish, upload, distribute, or promote content that:
- Violates applicable laws or promotes illegal activity;
- Sexually exploits, abuses, or sexualizes children or minors;
- Contains child sexual abuse material;
- Contains pornography or extremely violent content;
- Promotes terrorism or serious violence;
- Threatens, harasses, or promotes hatred against individuals or groups;
- Infringes or misuses another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- Contains malware, viruses, phishing, crypto-miners, or other harmful code;
- Collects, requests, harvests, sells, or misuses players’ personal information without authorization;
- Uses deceptive functionality or attempts to mislead or defraud users;
- Promotes unauthorized gambling or financial activities;
- Attempts to interfere with, damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Pogglo or its systems;
- Attempts to bypass security, moderation, or technical restrictions;
- Violates these Terms of Service or other Pogglo policies.
Content that violates these rules may be removed, and the related account may be suspended or terminated.
5. Children and Minors
Pogglo is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law.
Children under the applicable minimum age may not create an account, publish games, upload content, or provide personal information through Pogglo.
Users must not upload or share content that abuses, exploits, sexualizes, or puts children or minors at risk. Users must not harass, manipulate, improperly contact, or request personal information from minors.
We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that may harm children or minors or violate applicable laws.
Parents or legal guardians may contact us at txqy0831@gmail.com if they believe that a child has provided personal information or uploaded content to Pogglo.
For users under 18, Pogglo may apply additional privacy, safety, and content protections where required by applicable law.
6. Moderation
Pogglo may review games after publication through user reports, automated tools, and periodic review where appropriate.
We may remove any game or other content, or suspend or terminate any account, if we believe that the content or activity:
- Violates these Terms of Service or other Pogglo policies;
- Violates applicable law;
- Infringes third-party rights;
- Creates a security, legal, or safety risk; or
- Harms users or the operation of Pogglo.
We may take these actions at our discretion and without prior notice.
Removed games may stop being available immediately. We may retain related files or information where reasonably necessary to investigate violations, prevent abuse or fraud, protect users, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these Terms of Service.

7. Disclaimers
Pogglo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that:
- Pogglo or any game will always be available;
- Pogglo or any game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- Games or other user content will be accurate, safe, legal, complete, or suitable for every user;
- Any game will work on every device or browser;
- Errors or defects will always be corrected.
Games and other published materials are created and provided by independent creators. Pogglo does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, quality, or availability of creator content.
Creators are responsible for their games and published materials. Pogglo is not responsible for creator content or its behavior, except to the extent required by applicable law.
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Pogglo at any time.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
When we make changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
Your continued use of Pogglo after the updated terms become effective means that you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using Pogglo.
