Creator and Copyright Protection Policy

Pogglo supports creators and respects the copyright of all creators and rights holders. We do not allow users to publish content that infringes the rights of others.
If you believe that a game or other content on Pogglo infringes your copyright, or if your content has been removed and you believe the removal was made in error, you may contact us using the procedures below.
Filing a Copyright Complaint
Please email txqy0831@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright Complaint”.
Your complaint should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed, such as its title or a link to the original work;
- The URL of the allegedly infringing game or content on Pogglo;
- Your name and contact information;
- A statement explaining why you believe the content infringes your copyright;
- A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may request additional information if necessary to review your complaint.
What Happens Next
After reviewing a complaint, we may:
- Remove or disable access to the reported game or content;
- Contact the creator and provide relevant information about the complaint;
- Request additional information from the copyright owner or the creator;
- Take other appropriate action under our Terms of Service and applicable law.
The reported content or related files may be preserved where reasonably necessary for legal, security, or enforcement purposes.
Users who repeatedly publish infringing content may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
Response from Creators
If your game or content has been removed and you believe that the removal was made in error, you may contact us at txqy0831@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright Dispute”.
Please include:
- Identification of the removed game or content and its former URL;
- An explanation of why you believe the removal was made in error;
- Your name and contact information;
- A statement that the information you provide is accurate;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may review the response and may restore the content if we determine that restoration is appropriate and permitted by applicable law.
Abuse of the Reporting Process
Please do not submit knowingly false or misleading copyright complaints, or use this process to target competitors or remove content that you simply dislike.
