This Privacy Policy explains how Pogglo (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Pogglo, play games, or publish games on our platform.
1. Information We Collect
Playing Games
You may play games on Pogglo without creating an account.
When you use Pogglo, we may process basic information about your use of the website, such as the pages or games you view and technical information needed to operate and secure the platform.
Creator Accounts
If you create an account or publish a game, we may collect and store:
- Your email address used to sign in;
- Your username or creator profile information;
- Games, descriptions, images, and other content you choose to publish;
- Information related to your account and published content.
Technical Information
When you visit Pogglo, our servers or service providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as:
- IP address;
- Browser type;
- Device type;
- Operating system;
- Referring page;
- Access time;
- Pages or games viewed.
We use this information to operate, secure, maintain, and improve Pogglo.
2. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) only for basic website traffic analysis and to improve Pogglo.
GA4 may collect limited usage and technical information, such as visits, pages viewed, browser type, and device type.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Pogglo may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for purposes such as:
- Maintaining sign-in sessions;
- Providing security features;
- Supporting basic website traffic analysis through GA4;
- Serving advertising through Google AdSense (see the “Advertising” section below).
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Depending on your location, additional consent or privacy choices may be required by applicable law.
4. Advertising
Pogglo uses Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google, to display advertisements on the site.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to Pogglo or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to Pogglo and/or other sites on the Internet.

Pogglo is a general-audience site and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly use personalized (interest-based) advertising for users we know to be children. - Operate and maintain Pogglo;
- Provide account and sign-in functions;
- Allow creators to publish and manage games;

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Pogglo, including:

- Authentication and email service providers;
- Security and abuse-prevention providers;

- Other technical providers necessary to operate the platform.

- Related to a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of Pogglo or its assets.
Games, usernames, descriptions, images, and other content published by users may be publicly visible on Pogglo.
We work with Google AdSense to display advertisements. In connection with advertising, Google and its advertising partners may process certain information, such as cookie identifiers, IP address, and device and usage information, as described in Section 4 (Advertising) and in Google’s own policies.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Account information and published content may be retained while your account remains active or as needed to operate, secure, and manage Pogglo.
We may retain certain information for a longer period when necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations;
- Prevent abuse or fraud;
- Protect the security of Pogglo;
- Resolve disputes;
- Enforce our Terms of Service and other policies.
Analytics data may be retained according to the settings configured in Google Analytics 4.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of your account or personal information;
- Request removal of your published content;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

- Stop using Pogglo at any time;

- Manage available privacy settings through your browser.
To request account or content deletion, please contact us from the email address associated with your account and include your username or other information that helps us identify the relevant account.
Some information may need to be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our policies.
9. International Data Transfers
Pogglo and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers of personal information.
10. Children and Minors
Pogglo is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law. Children under the applicable minimum age may not create an account, publish games, upload content, or provide personal information through Pogglo.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum age. If we learn that a child has provided personal information or uploaded content to Pogglo, we may remove the account, content, and related information.
Users must not upload or share content that abuses, exploits, sexualizes, or puts children or minors at risk. Users must also not harass, manipulate, contact, or request personal information from minors for improper purposes.
We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that may harm children or minors or violate applicable laws.
Parents or legal guardians may contact us at txqy0831@gmail.com if they believe that a child has provided personal information or uploaded content to Pogglo.
For users under 18, Pogglo may apply additional privacy, safety, and content protections where required by applicable law.
