There is a simple, greedy joy to Black Hole Arena: you start as a tiny void and eat your way to enormous. Guide your hole through a colorful low-poly city, swallow anything smaller than you are, and watch it grow until yesterday's obstacles become today's snacks. The escalation is the whole hook, and it never really stops feeling good.

Structure keeps it from being mindless. Five playable levels hand you staged missions to clear rather than an open field to graze, and rival holes are prowling the same streets, so a bigger competitor can swallow you if you get careless about the pecking order. Eat smart, dodge what outweighs you, and chase a high score across the run.

Controls stay out of the way, drag on a touchscreen or steer with WASD and arrow keys, so it slips easily into a browser tab on either desktop or mobile. When you have devoured one city, the leaderboard gives you a mass to top and more arcade games to swallow next.
