Editor's Take
By the Pogglo editorsNo timer, no enemy, no fail state — just a mountainside, a catalog of pavilions, and your own idea of quiet.
仙灵山居 A Home on Spirit Mountain is a Chinese-fantasy landscaping game about arranging rather than surviving. You retreat into the mountains with a catalog of pavilions, terraces, strange rocks and rare flora, and compose them into a hermitage of your own — tap a piece in the catalog, tap the ground to set it down, then drag and pinch the view until the silhouette sits right against the peaks. A little wooden sign in the corner swings the camera around, which tells you what kind of game this is: one where stepping back to look at your work is half the play.
The only pressure here is taste — where the rocks want to cluster, which terrace deserves the view, how much empty space a garden needs to breathe. A story mode is flagged as still in development, but the sandbox already stands on its own as a slow, decorating-for-its-own-sake retreat. It runs free in the browser with no download, and when the composing itch outlasts the mountain, our simulation games shelf continues the mood.
